Lead can enter the body through several ways, including food and drink. This study was conducted to determine the effect of oral lead exposure on lead levels in the kidneys. The study was conducted with a post-test only control group design. The samples used were 8 male mice divided into 4 groups and given oral exposure to lead acetate at doses of 0.5 ppm, 1 ppm, and 2 ppm for 21 days. Measurement of lead levels was carried out using an Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) at a wavelength of 283.3 nm. It can be seen from the overall lead exposure at concentrations of 0.5 ppm, 1 ppm, and 2 ppm, that lead deposited in the kidneys increased by 68.67%. At a dose of 0.5 ppm, lead levels in the kidneys were 0.313 ppm (an increase of 9.38%). At a dose of 1 ppm, the lead level in the kidneys was 0.399 ppm (an increase of 39.38%). At a dose of 2 ppm, the lead level in the kidneys was 0.483 ppm (an increase of 68.67%). The average level of Pb absorbed in the kidneys increased along with the increase in lead entering the body.</p> Farhan Baehaki; Agus Riyanto, Nur Afifah Luthfiah, Azalia Adelin, Vivo Prahasta, Siti Nur Rismayanti ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ojs.rajawali.ac.id/index.php/JKR/article/view/563 Wed, 11 Jun 2025 02:20:32 +0000 Analisis Pengaruh Waktu Tunggu dan Mutu Pelayanan Farmasi Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Puskesmas Citeureup http://ojs.rajawali.ac.id/index.php/JKR/article/view/566 <p>Patient satisfaction is the level of patient feelings that arise from the results of health service performance obtained after the patient compares the services he receives. Patient satisfaction is influenced by aspects of pharmaceutical services such as drugs, attitudes and services of pharmaceutical personnel, comfort and cleanliness of the waiting room and waiting time for drugs. This study purpose was to determine the effect of waiting time and quality of pharmaceutical services on patient satisfaction at the Citeureup Public Health Center. This study used cross sectional design. The research sample was 101 patients at the Citeureup Public Health Center. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis was using the chi-square test. Results of the study showed that there was an influence of waiting time and quality of pharmaceutical services on patient satisfaction (p= 0.009 and p= 0.001). Pharmaceutical installation officers must be friendly and clear in conveying information to improve the quality of service and be able to meet the expectations and needs of patients.</p> Agus Riyanto, Mona Megasari ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 http://ojs.rajawali.ac.id/index.php/JKR/article/view/566 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 15:59:47 +0000
