Providing services aimed at meeting patient needs is the obligation of health facilities, and hospitals are especially responsible for this. This research aims to gain an understanding of the relationship between the level of satisfaction experienced by third-class inpatients at Pasar Minggu Hospital, South Jakarta and the quality of nursing services provided. This research uses a quantitative methodology that takes a cross-sectional approach to data collection. Through the use of the total sampling method, the sample for this research was ninety people who were hospitalized at Pasar Minggu Regional Hospital in the third-class category. Univariate-bivariate analysis was carried out as part of the investigation in this study. Based on the findings, it is known that 86 people (95.6%) had good service quality, while only four people (4.4%) had poor service quality. Apart from that, 85 people (94.6%) had a good level of patient satisfaction, while five people (5.4%) had a poor level of satisfaction. The results of statistical analysis show that there is a relationship between the quality of nursing services and the level of satisfaction experienced by patients, with a p-value &lt;0.05 (0.000). Therefore, every health service institution needs to ensure the maintenance of the quality of nursing services without differentiating between the classes of inpatients.</p> Sri Rahayu ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.rajawali.ac.id/index.php/JKR/article/view/424 Fri, 19 Apr 2024 04:37:09 +0000 Gambaran Penyimpanan Obat di Apotek Delima Kabupaten Tegal https://ojs.rajawali.ac.id/index.php/JKR/article/view/431 <p>Storage is a very important part of drug management in maintaining the quality of medicines, avoiding irresponsible use, maintaining continuity of supplies, facilitating search and monitoring, optimizing supplies, providing information on future drug needs, and reducing the risk of damage and loss. One type of waste from the fishing industry is fish bones, which can be used to make flour. Flour derived from Kurisi fish bones has a high calcium and phosphorus content compared to other calcium sources. The aim of this research is to determine the potential of Kurisi fish bone waste as a source of calcium in cracker preparations and to determine the determination of water content and ash content in cracker preparations using the water content and ash content testing method as well as calcium testing. This research was carried out using qualitative methods for organoleptic testing and calcium levels, as well as quantitative methods for testing the water content and ash content of Kurisi fish bone crackers. Based on research data, it shows that kurisi fish bone waste can be processed into fish bone meal for making crackers. This represents the conversion of waste into valuable products, reducing waste and increasing resource efficiency. The addition of Kurisi fish bone meal affects the water content, ash content, and sensory quality of the crackers (color, aroma, shape, taste). In making these crackers, the best treatment was obtained for the F1 sample, namely the addition of 10% Kurisi fish bone flour.</p> Najwa Mega Tiara, Purgiyanti Purgiyanti, Aldi Budi Riyanta ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.rajawali.ac.id/index.php/JKR/article/view/430 Sat, 18 May 2024 00:00:00 +0000
